4.Funorama will not charge users for accessing the service after subscription. However, your ISP may charge you for using the mobile internet. What you pay is dependent on your ISP's own data charges and the amount that you use the service.

5.If you are not the bill payer for the mobile phone, you must get permission from the bill payer before accessing the Funorama and downloading Content from the Funorama.

6.Funorama may suspend, change, withdraw or cancel the service for any reason and at any time.

7.In the event of any dispute regarding the Funorama, the decision of Funorama shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
